Lloyd Milbourne - Owner
Lloyd is the proud owner and head mechanic at Milbourne Marine.
A Pasadena native and from a long line of mariners Lloyd may as well have been born on a boat. With a passion for all things maritime (seriously, his Christmas ornaments are boats), Lloyd served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Fireman and engineer. At the conclusion of his service he joined Local 24 as a Journeyman electrician for 5 years before coming back to his roots.
Having operated Milbourne Marine for 10 years, Lloyd has seen and done it all and is excited to grow and continue servicing the watermen of his community for years to come.
Nick Shelley - Business Manager
Nick is our resident jack of all trades.
Born in Frederick, MD, Nick is a transplant to the Pasadena area, driven by a love for fishing and the Chesapeake Bay.
Nick spent 8 years in the United States Air Force as an RF systems Technician and Combat Search and Rescue Special Missions Aviator. After his time in the service he worked as a business development manager for a Fortune 500 company while he earned a degree in Homeland Security and Disaster Preparedness before working as Frederick Counties Emergency Planner. Prioritizing his children during COVID, and following his passion for helping others he decided to go back to school for Nursing and is currently finishing his BSN.
We love having Nick here as our resident nurse, project, and business manager. If you ever need anything talk to Nick!
